Returns & Exchanges

At Alphalete Athletics, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include any relevant paperwork to ensure a quick processing time.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
